I absolutely loved them- extremely helpful, professional, experienced, friendly and willing to solve any issue I had.

How was the organization of the entire trip - from the first email to the very end of the safari?
Everything was great - perfect organization from the first mail/call/text till the very end!
It was all on the very high level- I felt in safe hands.
It was just ok - I've mixed feelings, some things were fine, some other not
